Profile
Overview
The Profile page lets you view your account information and, if needed, permanently delete your account.
Your name, email, and profile picture are automatically pulled from the login provider you used (e.g., Google) and shown here as read-only.
How to get here
- Top menu Settings → Left sub-menu Profile
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner → Profile
Account info
The following items are displayed.
- Profile picture: Avatar image from the account you logged in with. If none, the first letter of your name is shown
- Name: Name of your login account
- Email: Email address you logged in with
In the current version, these values cannot be edited directly within the dashboard. To change them, update them in the connected login account (e.g., Google) and log in again.
Danger Zone
At the bottom of the page, the Danger Zone contains a Delete Account button.
What happens when you delete your account
Deleting your account immediately and permanently removes all data, regardless of plan-specific retention periods or archiving.
- All API endpoints and their settings
- All call records and payloads in sandbox and production
- Usage statistics, archive files, deployment request history
- Issued collaboration keys and invitation records
- Webhook and notification settings
- MCP API keys and all other assets linked to the account
Plan-specific notes
Free plan:
- You can delete right away without any cancellation step
- All data disappears the moment you delete
Paid plan:
- Deleting the account also ends any active subscription
- If you need a refund, handle cancellation and refunds first on the Subscription page before deleting (you won't have access to past billing info after deletion)
- If you've invited collaborators from partner companies, notify them in advance — they lose access the moment you delete
Deletion flow
- Click the
Delete Accountbutton - Enter your exact email address in the confirmation dialog
- Click
Delete Account→ immediate deletion and sign-out
Cannot be recovered: The email confirmation is a safety check, but once deletion completes there's no way to recover. Download anything you need from the Archives page first.
Troubleshooting
- I want to change my name or email: Direct editing in the dashboard isn't available in the current version. Change them in your connected login account and re-login to see the update
- My profile picture shows a default image: This happens when the login provider doesn't have a profile picture set. Set one in Google or your other social login, and it will apply next time you log in
- I accidentally clicked
Delete Account: Deletion only runs when you enter your exact email and click the final button. Closing the dialog mid-way does nothing - Can I sign up again with the same email after deletion?: Yes, you can create a new account. However, the previous account's data is not restored
