Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for 3Min API, operated by Maverick Works ("Company"). All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing, taxes, and refunds on our behalf.
1. Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Full Refund
A full refund is available when both of the following conditions are met:
- Within 30 days of the payment date
- The service has not been used (no API calls made)
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are not available if:
- More than 30 days have passed since payment
- The service has been used (any API call made)
If a refund is not available, you may continue using the service until the end of your paid period.
Note: Final refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Definition of "Usage"
Service usage begins when the first API call is made in either the Sandbox or Production environment. Test calls made in the Sandbox environment are also considered usage.
2. Refund Process

Note: API access is suspended from the time of refund request, and your account reverts to the Free plan upon refund completion. If eligibility conditions are not met, the request is declined and your existing plan is retained.

4. Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, sales tax, and consumer compliance on behalf of Maverick Works. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days depending on your financial institution.
