• The endpoint name shown in your dashboard (or the API URL you are calling)
• The environment (Sandbox / Production)
• Roughly when the problem happened

Please never send us a full API key. The tm_test_ / tm_live_ prefix and the last four characters are enough for us to identify it.

Before you write

Many common questions — how endpoints and webhooks work, plan limits, and connecting from ChatGPT or Claude — are answered in our FAQ and documentation. That's a good first stop.

Managing your account

You can manage endpoints, collaboration keys, and your subscription at any time from your dashboard — no need to email us for those.
