1. Plan Comparison
Monthly requests are the total across all endpoints. No limit on number of endpoints.

3. Usage Alerts
Email notifications are sent based on monthly usage, also shown in dashboard.
- 80% — Warning notification
- 100% — Blocked (Basic/Pro) or overage billed (Enterprise)
When blocked, API calls are rejected. Monitor usage and upgrade if needed to prevent service interruption.
4. Plan Change Policy
Upgrade
Effective immediately. The prorated price difference is charged right away. Your API call limit increases immediately.
Downgrade
Effective immediately. A prorated credit is issued for the remaining period. Your API call limit decreases immediately.
- Limited to once per billing cycle
- Usage must not exceed the target plan limit (proportional to elapsed days)
5. Cancellation & Reactivation
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You can continue using the service until then.
You can reactivate your subscription before the period ends to restore your plan.
6. Refund Policy
Full refund within 30 days if the service has not been used. After 30 days or first API call, no refund is available but you retain access until the period ends.
