1. Data Retention
Data retention policies vary by plan and environment.

- Archived data can be downloaded from Dashboard > Archives
- Payload search is limited to the most recent 30 days (metadata is always accessible)
2. Rate Limits
Based on monthly total requests, not per-second.

- If you hit the limit, upgrade or wait for monthly reset
- Alert sent at 80% usage
- At 100%: Free/Basic/Pro plans are blocked, Enterprise plan applies overage billing ($1/2,000 calls)
3. Refund Policy
Refund conditions vary by usage and time.
